The workout went well. I had only planned on a single with 575 on 5 board presses, but the weight felt easier than expected and I did a double.

I helped out at the APF Texas State meet this past Saturday. I was wiped out afterwards. When I got home from Houston on Sunday I took a two hour nap. My lower back was taxed from lifting off. I was Sean's handler at the meet. I did one other knee wrap besides Sean's and lifted off for a total of nine attempts. That didn't include the lift offs during warm ups. This took a little out of me and affected my workout tonight. This was my third and last time in gear training for AAPF Nationals.
