Training Notes

Today made a week on my diet. I have lost 10lbs so far. I need to get my bodyfat levels down to help improve my health. Today also made a week since I started back doing cardio. I do cardio in the morning and started walking in the afternoon at work. My blood glucose control has vastly improved over the past week. My fasting blood glucose level was down to 136 this morning and 32 points from when I started my diet and cardio. My blood glucose levels have been good after meals as well. Today after lunch it was 98, which is the best it has been to date.
