I kept breaking my wrists too soon and not leading with my elbows while tucking. The bar was too far over my elbows (towards my chest). This was only my second time in the shirt and hopefully I will get the groove of the shirt down soon.

Diet Status – Week 6

Today started my sixth week on my low carb diet. My weight is staying in the 242lbs range with fluctuation’s of a pound or two after my weekend carb loads. My energy levels are good and are improved over what they were while not on the diet. When I go for my visit to my holistic doc next week I will get my bodyfat percentage checked.
