Tonight wasn’t a good night in the shirt. I kept losing my air while benching. I was trying to touch lighter weights than I am used to in my Rage X. I need to stay in the 540lbs range. Next week I will focus on triples and plan to not use boards while warming up in the shirt. This is they way the Metal Militia recommends and may others have been successful using this technique, including my training partner Erik. The triples will help me work on keeping my air while benching.
