Angiogram

I had an angiogram this morning. I had a stress test last week and due to having extra heart beats, it caused anomalies in my stress test. The stress test showed that I had depressed heart function. The angoigram went well and the cardologist said my hear was strong and healthy. I had a 40% blockage in one of my arteries, which the cardiologist said it wasn’t bad. I am restricted from lifting for two weeks due to the catheter insertion point in my right femoral artery.

Last week up moved my training max on the bench press from 365 to 410. The increase hasn’t been too difficult. Where the program call for 2 sets of 2 or 2 sets of 6, I combined the reps into one set like I did during my last training wave. I did the same thing with my squat workout.
