Mon AM – lower body stretching
Wed AM – lower body stretching
Thu AM – lower body stretching
Fri AM – lower body stretching*
Fri PM – lower body stretching
I have noticed greater ROM this week and I am feeling less pain with the squatting hip stretch.
*Friday AM I observed even greater improvement in my ROM. The biggest thing I noticed is that I feel less pain in my hips. Since my flexibility is improving and I am been doing hip abduction to strengthen my hips. Since moving my stance out wider I noticed my hips feeling weaker in this position.
